Part 2: The Yoga will follow, as soon as I get the photos edited!
I thought I gave a pretty solid performance in the food department. I mean, it was less than normal, but I was also doing wayyyyyy less yoga. So it seemed alright.
I didn’t eat breakfast on Saturday, but other than that, I followed all of The Rules. I even ate on the plane.
Plus, had plain sugary peanut butter when I started feeling “crashy” on the drive home.
I was so sure that I’d rocked it, eaten enough, and maintained. We did a lot of seated spectating and only had one yoga. In class Saturday morning, I was guessing I’d gained from the mirror.
But that’s not quite how it worked out…
I lost, like, A LOT. Like all the way back into the danger zone. And I’m afraid I’ll be in trouble tomorrow. I thought maybe I could make up some today, but they decided to move me from my safe little hidey corner to the middle of the main traffic pattern, and I can’t eat there- too many people.
